Breaking Down the Barre
If you have never tried barre and always wanted to, or are a barre veteran looking to deepen your understanding of technique, this class is for you! We welcome all individuals of varying levels to take your barre workout to a deeper level. We provide the tools you need to take your Barre workout to a deeper level. This two hour workshop will show the proper positions of what you will find in a barre class at a slower pace. We will provide modifications and tools to help you feel the burn in barre. The second half of the workshop will be a class using the tools that you worked on in the first half.

Try our brand new Fit Desk for free!Our Fit desk is a complimentary service available to current and prospective clients. These sessions are led by one of our certified instructors, who will discuss your fitness and/or physical goals and help create a plan for you to achieve them.

During your Fit Desk appointment you will have the option of taking some baseline measurements (weight, bone mass, bodyfat percentage, and a postural analysis ...). These numbers will give us the tools to compare every 3 months to see how working out with us is reaching your goals.

One of the main tools we use during a Fit Desk appointment is our class schedule. We know it's overwhelming and it can take a while to know which classes will be the best fit for you. Our trainers can fast track that process for you during your Fit Desk appointment; they will recommend a class schedule that fits your goals, your schedule and what you (we hope!) will enjoy the most.
