After completing her Bachlor's Degree in Intercultural Studies, Nikki taught English in Korea and Southeast Asia for three years. It was in Korea where Nikki re-cultivated her love of practicing yoga. During this time, she also volunteered for various non-profit anti-trafficking organizations such as Chab Dai of Phnom Penh. While in Thailand, Nikki completed her yoga teacher training and began leading children's yoga classes along with a community yin yoga class when she returned to Cambodia. After returning to the States in 2013, Nikki began working at the Pilates Body. It was through Lianne's encouragement of the BASI program that Nikki jumped into the world of Pilates. "The fluid movement, spinal alignment and core focus drew my attention. Pilates not just a workout, every intentional movement leaves you with a better body."

Fit For Baby
This six session movement series will cover a wide topic of information regarding having a healthy pregnancy, how to’s on incorporating beneficial birth moves into your day and tips on stress relief. It is a fusion of yoga, pilates, and mat movements specifically geared for mamas to be. All exercise levels are welcome.
