  • Pilates with lunges, planks, push-ups. 

  • Group Reformer Class
  • This reformer class you will work through a choreographed routine of challenging exercises meant for a champion. You will strengthen, stretch and lengthen your body. Prerequisites: 5 private sessions and instuctor approval

  • Strength

  • Jump Board Reformer
  • This class is provided for the ultimate pilates workout. High Intense exercises performed. Prerequisites: 5 privates and 1 year of pilates reformer classes

  • Circuit Pilates

  • Cadillac
  • Cadillac classes are designed to build core strength, creat uniform muscle strength and flexibility, and to provide a full body workout.  Adjustable spring tension helps you to tap into your core and develop longer, leaner muscles.  Prerequisites: 5 private Pilates sessions.

  • TRX Strong
  • This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight.

  • Zone

  • Sculpt Reformer
  • This class will have the benefits of a classical Pilates class with the benefit of hand and ankle weights for extra toning.
