Shannon Reichl instructs the following:
  • Sculpt Reformer
  • This class will have the benefits of a classical Pilates class with the benefit of hand and ankle weights for extra toning.

  • Jump Board Reformer
  • This class is provided for the ultimate pilates workout. High Intense exercises performed. Prerequisites: 5 privates and 1 year of pilates reformer classes

  • Zone
  • all over full body cardio and strength

  • Row and Tone
  • Cardio and strength training.

  • Pilates Equipment Class
  • This pilates class you will work through a choreographed routine of challenging exercises meant for a champion. We will work on the reformer, cadillac, and chair.  You will strengthen, stretch and lengthen your body.  Prerequisites: 5 private sessions and instructor approval

  • Zone

  • Fit Reformer
  • Pilates with lunges, planks, push-ups. 

  • TRX Strong
  • This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight.
