This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight.
This class will have the benefits of a classical Pilates class with the benefit of hand and ankle weights for extra toning.
Jump Board Reformer
This class is provided for the ultimate pilates workout. High Intense exercises performed. Prerequisites: 5 privates and 1 year of pilates reformer classes
Work your cardio strength and then end with some stretching.
Row and Tone
Cardio and strength training.
