Breaking Down Barre Workshop
If you are thinking about trying out barre or a Veteran of Barre looking to deepen your understanding of the technique, this class is for you. We provide the tools you need to take your Barre workout to a deeper level. This two hour workshop will show the proper positions of what you will find in a barre class at a slower pace. We will provide modifications and tools to help you feel the burn in barre. The second half of the workshop will be a class using the tools that you worked on in the first half.
