Michelle Olson

Michelle Olson has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. She is certified through ACE for group fitness and personal training, 200 hour RYT, along with TRX, BOSU and Spinning specialty training. She is always educating herself to stay current with fitness trends and the science behind them. Michelle’s number one goal is to help you become the best version of you!

Michelle Olson instructs the following:
  • Yoga
  • Vigorous vinyasa flow class. Integrates classical yoga movements with breath and alignment.

  • Yo-Zone
  • Work your cardio strength and then end with some stretching.
