Healthy Made Easy

Have you watched all the facebook posts on shakes and diets and putting your food into 2in containers just to loose 5 pounds. Well I have and that's whats motivated me to start this all new program at the studio. It is so important to me that people realize its not a fad that will make you drop the weight, it's what you are eating and more importantly how do you feel each day. In the times of big health problems out there and the medical coverage getting worse and worse, I think it is time for people to start to educate themselves on clean eating and really what are they being told on label advertisement. Because what you read is not always true. This workshop is hopefully going to be the start on a community of people wanting to know more about health and bring new beginnings to how they feel and share it with their loved ones. I hope you can join us for this first time event.

New Year New Rear

Starting Jan. 15 we are gearing up with a program to help our clients make health their top priority. 
We want to push you to your limits and try to get 50 classes in 60 days. At the end of 60 days we will be doing a drawing to win a 3 month unlimited membership as well as Lululemon items. Even if you don't get the 50 classes in, it's a great way to start the new year with a fitness push.
