WHAT IS YO-ZONE
East meets west. Get the best of fitness. Work your cardio strength, and then end with some wonderful stretching. This class will be a 40min. zone class followed by 20 minutes of yoga.

This is a great place to start if you are not sure you are ready to get in the zone. This class will be a 40 minute formaT with all the same cardio
